Come visit our new showroom in Spanaway which is inside the newly constructed Garage Plus development. Here we have built a model 16x25 and a 16x30 garage with upgrades such as flooring, cabinets, and our newest major additions; mezzanines (lofts) to maximize the space and usage out of your new home away from home. While you are here check out our entire facility, especially the clubhouse that allows Garage Plus to be the community atmosphere it was set out to be.

Im a gearhead. I love to restore and rebuild muscle cars. Owning a Man Cave is far more cost effective than building my own storage garage. Plus, the amenities are terrific! The social environment with the clubhouse will be greatjust hanging out with other guys who share the same passion for cars! Also, owning a storage garage here frees me up to live wherever my career requires. My cars will be OK no matter where I live.
