Amy Carr began her journey in Yoga 15 years ago to help her to relax, focus and to further increase and develop her mind/body connection.
Amy is certified in HathaYoga, Iyengar Yoga, Pilates Matwork, and in Group Exercise. Upon receiving her Masters in Community & Social Psychology, she realized her passion was helping others. After becoming a mother, she developed a unique mind/body fusion class using a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Free Weights and Resistance Training.
Her fusion workout increases strength, endurance and flexibility while defining the entire body. Her goal is to help individuals target their trouble zones while having fun doing it!
These fusion workouts are far more effective than when used individually, and are the foundation of her classes today.
Amy has also obtained her 1st degree black belt from Universal Energy Martial Arts.
