Omega Ouzeri is a full service restaurant and bar located in Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. It redefines and updates traditional Greek restaurant recipes around the long-standing tradition of ""meze"", small plates of exceptional food, designed to be shared around the table with ouzo, tsipouro, and a Greek only wine list. Founded by Greek restaurateur and Executive Chef Thomas Soukakos, Omega is the only establishment of its kind in the Pacific Northwest.
