Our Company is made up of 3 general tool rental stores to serve you with all of your rental needs. We have been locally owned and operated, serving the Tri Cities area for over 30 years. We rent all equipment, and tools by the half day, day, week and month. We offer delivery and pick-up of our equipment at competitive rates.
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, knowledgable staff to help you get the right tool for the right job as well as quality products to help you complete any job that might come your way.
We accept most major credit cards. All transactions require a valid Washington drivers license, a varifiable home phone number and a credit card. All rentals will require the payment of the rental upon return. If a deposit was taken it will be refunded to you when the rental contract is completed and all items are returned in good working order. The refund will be made in the same manner as payment was made.
As with any business, we want you to know if yo encounter any problems or breakdowns. All that is needed is a quick phone call so that we can eliminate the problem immediatley. Customer complaints about problems or performance of equipment will be reviewed by the store manager and if warranted will result in the issuance of a in store credit.
