For Dr. Ted Fujioka and Dr. Aimee Fujioka, upholding this practice philosophy means treating patients like family, which comes naturally to this father-daughter team of dentists. After graduating from dental school in 1969, Dr. Ted served as a captain in the United States Dental Army Corps. This allowed him to hone his craft and perfect his ability to relate to patients of all kinds. As a role model for his daughter, Dr. Ted exemplified what really mattered to his patients: having an honest, reliable and personable dentist who made them feel like family.
These qualities are inherent in Dr. Aimee Fujioka, who previously pursued a career as a landscape architect, where she developed a keen sense for balance, symmetry and perfection. Today, as a Doctor of Dental Medicine, Dr. Aimee applies her artistic design abilities in the creation of healthy, beautiful smiles.
