Mountain Fitness is dedicated to bringing the community of Eatonville a comprehensive approach to physical fitness. In order to accommodate a variety of goals we have installed a wide range of the most modern user-friendly equipment on the market today. We truly have something for everyone!
On one side of our building you will find a conventional fitness area with cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, and elliptical trainers), strength machines, and a separate free-weight room. Please visit our Co-Ed fitness page for more information about this area.
The other half of our center provides a 30-minute workout for women utilizing the finest hydraulic machinery on the market. Each piece of equipment offers 6 levels of resistance to adapt to individual abilities and strengths.
