Traditional and modern Pilates, as developed and defined by Joseph H. Pilates.

Offering experienced instruction in the full repertoire of the Pilates Method of exercise, as developed by Joseph and Clara Pilates nearly 100 years ago.
Both traditional and modern rehabilitative applications of the work, customized for the individual body.
Private, semi-private work sessions, mat and reformer classes, rehabilitative and post-rehabilitative work available by appointment.
Fully-equipped studio using the innovative apparatus designs of Joseph Pilates.
Experienced teaching staff supported by in-house comprehensive teacher training program.
Movement education for clients.
