Welcome to the Law Offices of Ross Radley.
Ross Radley has been practicing law for 35 years, with the first 3 years being in Nassau County, New York State as a Public Defender. Ross currently practices in the land use/real estate area, including cases involving boundary disputes, homeowner association issues, interpretation of easements, code enforcement issues, and regulatory permits. Ross is also a trained arbitrator/mediator.
A typical boundary dispute is discovered after a survey locates the true property line and in 95% of the cases it involves a fence. A homeowner’s case usually involves view protection or a determination if a build structure violates view protection in the covenants. Code enforcement issues can range from simple violations about structures encroaching into required setbacks or multiple violations that expose the homeowner to thousands of dollars in fines.
Ross handles cases throughout Western Washington, and is willing to handle cases in Eastern Washington as well.
Ross is active in the organized Bar, as well as in community volunteer activities.
Mr. Wood is familiar with the method, strategies and tactics commonly used in by prosecutors today, giving him a tremendous advantage in preparing effective defense cases for his clients.
