Northbound from Renton via I-405
Take NE 4th Exit, stay in far right lane for NE 8th St.
Follow exit to NE 8th St. West and cross freeway bridge.
At first light, turn right onto 112th Avenue NE
Drive north on 112th to NE 15th St.
Go past 15th St. and turn right into the driveway of Hidden Valley.
Follow down the hill and veer to the left.
Second building on the left. Look for the VRA signs.
Southbound from Bothell via I-405
Take the NE 8th St. WEST Exit 13B.
Exit onto NE 8th and get in right lane.
At first light, turn right on 112th Ave.
Drive north on 112th Ave. to NE 15th St.
Go past NE 15th St. and turn right into the driveway of Hidden Valley.

From Seattle Eastbound via State Highway 520
Take 520 west to the I-405 exits.
Take I-405 South (towards Bellevue) and follow the southbound directions above.
From the Overlake Hospital Area
Head South on 116th Ave NE approximately 2/3 mile.
Turn Right onto NE 8th St.
At first light, turn right onto 112th Ave. to NE 15th St.
Go past NE 15th St, and turn right into the driveway of Hidden Valley.

From the North
Take I-5 to Exit 165-A, James St. Take a left off James (under the freeway) Left on Boren. Right on Madison. Two blocks to Summit. We are on the corner of Summit and Madison.
From the South
Take I-5 to Exit 164-A, Madison St. Turn right on Madison, and go uphill 6 blocks to Summit. From I-90, take the I-5 Northbound exit. Exit to Madison Street staying on freeway exit until you come to Madison, turn right and go uphill 6 blocks to Summit.

From 520 West or 520 East
Take the Montlake Blvd Exit. Head north on Montlake Blvd for approximately 1 mile. You will need to get into the left lane after you pass Husky Stadium. Turn slightly left to get onto 25th Ave. DO NOT go to the right at this fork in the road. Continue 1/4 mile, then turn left into the driveway of "The Northcut Landing" building (1st driveway after Chase Bank)
The parking garage is underneath the building. Take the west elevator to the 2nd floor.

Take the 520-E Exit (#168B). Take the Montlake Blvd Exit. Follow directions above.

Take NE 71st/NE 65th St Exit (#171). Turn left at stop sign. Turn right onto Roosevelt Way NE. Turn left onto 65th St. Turn right onto 25th Ave. NE. Turn right into the Driveway of the Northcut Landing" building (after Azteca restaurant).There is free parking available in the garage beneath the building.
