There is also ample free parking available along the street. We are conveniently located on Bus Routes 5, 16, 75, 316, 345, 346, which stop at Meridian Ave North & North 105th Street.
We have parking available for our families in the parking lot adjacent to our building.
Parking rates are free for the first 30 minutes, after which charges accrue. The fees are set by Northwest Hospital.
2010/2011 FLU VACCINE INFORMATION
We have flu clinics available beginning October 2nd this year. Our flu clinics will be held on Thursdays and Saturday morning, by appointment only.
The flu formulations available are:
FluMist nasal spray for healthy children over 2 years of age who do not have asthma, and
flu vaccine injection for all children over 6 months of age.
All formulations include the H1N1 vaccine. The FluMist and the flu injection formulation for children under 3 years of age do not contain any preservative.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY We are unable to accomodate patients on a walk-in basis.
Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm Lunch hour from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm; during this time the doors are locked and phone calls are routed to our service.
10:00 am -12:00 pm
These visits are reserved for acute illness only (ear aches, colds, fever, sore throat) and must be of recent onset. We have one doctor available on Saturdays to see patients.
