Following 30 years of practicing Family Medicine in the greater Seattle area, Mindy Blaski, MD, announces her retirement in late November 2010 from Lakeview Family Medicine. She is planning to pursue other interests, including spending more time her family as well as working with Physicians for a National Health Program (www.PNHPWesternWashington.org and www.PNHP.org) to improve our troubled health care system.

The Polyclinic Sand Point, with offices in the same building as Lakeview Family Medicine, will be acquiring patient records as of November 20. They can be reached at 206-525-4000.
