While public interest in Landmark on the Sound Retirement Community remains strong and our core group of depositors have exhibited tremendous loyalty, the state of the present economic climate and it impact on real estate markets have served as significant obstacles to our development efforts.
After a careful analysis of market conditions, our Board of Trustees has made the decision to strategically pause the development of Landmark on the Sound and re-enter the marketplace when the economic recovery becomes sustainable and the senior living market has stabilized.

Landmark Outreach Services
Landmark Outreach Services, a senior services program sponsored by The Freemasons of Washington, will continue to offer its services from offices at the Landmark Building. Outreach Services provides area seniors access to services and resources needed to stay healthy and safe in their own homes or in a retirement community.
The Landmark Event Center
The Landmark Event Center offers several grand rooms and the grounds of our beautiful campus to the general public or civic organizations for special occasion use. The auditorium, commercial kitchen, living room, Point Robinson Dining Room, landscaped gardens and picnic area are available for daily rentals. Areas can be rented out individually, or can be combined for larger events.
