Dr. Lewis has a long family history of dentistry in Vancouver, dating back to the early 1900s with his Great-Great-Great Uncle Dr. A. P. Ryan and his Great-Great Uncle Dr. Clyde Ryan. Dr. Lewiss Grandfather, Dr. A. Lynn Ryan, also practiced dentistry in Vancouver for almost 40 years and was the president of the 11th district of the ADA (American Dental Association).
