Welcome to Ocean Shores Ocean View Homes!
ALL PRICES NEGOTIABLE, excluding major holidays and the months of July and August.
All of our homes are ocean front or ocean views. these homes range in quality from very nice to rustic cabins, and come totally furnished. All you have to bring is your food and personal belongings.Most of these homes are north of the City of Ocean Shores and make for a better view with closer proximity to the ocean. As an example, the homes in Moclips, Washington average 50 or less yards to the water.
They all include Hot Tubs, Washer and Dryer, Fireplaces or free-standing Wood Stoves, Decks and complete Kitchens. Our Policies and General Information:
* Maid fees are $75.00 for a standard cleaning. $125.00 for professional cleaning.
* All beds have linen and large beds are made upon arrival and towels provided
*All soaps supplied excluding laundry soap
*You don't have to go to our office as you may go directly to your rental to save you time.*
The basic types of homes and cabins we have are classified in the following three categories:

Contemporary Homes *Newer (1990 to present) with average to above average furnishings
*No pets and No Smoking - some are No Shoes
*Decor is 1990's to present

Beach Homes *Average or below average furnishings and carpeting
*Allows pets, light smoking and shoes

*Allow pets, shoes and smoking
*NOT up-scale and location is in a non-up-scale area but very secluded
*Up-scale people will not like

SECURING A RESERVATION After you have decided which home you would like, or if you have questions, please call us at 360-581-3601.For 1 - 3 night reservations, we take the 1st night out and 4+ nights we take 2 nights out. This fee is non-refundable. We accept all four major credit cards.
The most significant thing we offer besides our homes and cabins is our customer service. Because we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we encourage you to call us immediately if you have a question, need something or have a concern. We will provide this service immediately BUT please remember we can't if you don't contact us.
Our rates are flexible except during major holidays, most weekends from march to October and July and August. The rest of the year (most weekdays and November thru February) our rates are negotiable. For those people who come down numerous times a year, we have some packages that would give you free days, major breaks on prices, no maid fee,s etc. as long as you come back to us.
