We provide Kids Martial Arts, Teen/Adult Martial Arts, Ladies self-defense and Kickboxing, Tai Chi, and self-defense classes for children, teens and adults in the Longview/Kelso community. The vision of our Academy is to build a community by helping people get in shape, be safe and at the same time instill the life skills and character of a true martial artist. Kids Kung Fu
Our Martial Arts Academy incorporates a combination of techniques found in four effective disciplines: Karate, Kickboxing, submission grappling and Kali to provide students with a realistic personal protection system for a modern world.
Teen/Adult Kajukenbo
Academy of Kung Fu incorporates a combination of techniques found in five effective disciplines: Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Kenpo, and Kung Fu (Chinese Boxing) to provide students with a realistic personal protection system for a modern world. Kajukenbo is a modern martial art that instills discipline, respect, focus and other character building traditional values as well as teaching the student the fundamental blocking and striking techniques of self-protection.
Ladies self-defense and Kardio Kickboxing
Knowing that self-protection and fighting are totally different situations, our Kickboxing curriculum teaches our students techniques used in all ranges of realistic stand up fighting while getting them in the best shape of their lives. Students may attend Kardio classes as well as self-defense classes geared for the female student.
Yang style Tai Chi is an Eastern approach to fitness and physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being. Classes are for adults both young and old and are especially geared for seniors.
