It's time to get in shape: lose body fat and improve your health in Body Camp Challenge! Join our 8 week program. We'll give you a nutrition/diet plan that works for life! You'll also get 5 days/week of intense cardiovascular and weight training exercise. Modifications are offered by experienced trainers who have been where you are now. They know how to lose weight and keep it off! Olympic Fitness offers a great support staff for Body Camp and teaches you how to keep in shape after the camp is over. It's a life-time journey.
We also offer a Teen Body Camp Challenge. It's a 4 week, 3 day/week program for 12-18 year olds. We'll teach Campers how to workout and eat properly for life! What a valuable experience this will be!
Our next Adult Body Camp starts November 29th at 10 am or 7 pm. It's a great time to take the challenge. This program will teach you healthy habits for LIFE! It's not a quick fix or a fad diet. It's about healthy eating habits and exercising to lose and then maintain your weight. Also, it's not necessarily just for those who are overweight or just starting (or getting back into) exercise. We have had several success stories from people who are already exercisers and want to take their fitness to the next level. Participants have trained for triathlons, 1/2 marathons and more.
November 13th (Saturday): we will close at 5 pm for a private party (Oly Fitness)
November 19th (Friday): we will close at noon for deep cleaning and a Club "Facelift." Morning classes will be held as usual. This pertains to both fitness clubs.
November 20th (Saturday): Max Fitness will re-open. Oly Fitness will remain closed until Sunday, the 21st. OFC members are encouraged to workout at Max Fitness that day. Please be aware that high volumes may occur early - mid-morning - plan your schedule accordingly!!!
We are in the process of diversifying the fitness clubs - Max Fitness will see a name change, the addition of kettle bells and a heavy bag/speed bag, plus some needed lifting equipment. At Olympic Fitness, we will take out some of our older equipment, making room for some additions from Max, as well as re-arranging the weight floor to make it more user friendly.
