Four locations welcome patients from Kitsap County and throughout the Olympic Peninsula. AMI prides itself in its commitment to diagnostic women’s imaging and has established the Women’s Diagnostic Centers at the Silverdale and South Kitsap locations. With the installation of the new High Field MRI in Silverdale, our Women's Diagnostic Center can now offer all women's breast imaging services in one location. No longer will a patient need to travel to several imaging locations to get results. Evaluating the cause of a concern in a timely manner is priority.
Services include screening and diagnostic digital mammograms, breast ultrasound, stereotactic core biopsy, ultrasound-guided biopsy, MRI-guided biopsy, breast MRI, ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration, ductography and wire localization. All of these exams are done in an outpatient setting.
