At Elemental Massage Therapy the focus is on supporting the healing process, using techniques that include Hawai’ian Lomi Lomi, Swedish, and deep tissue massage as well as hot stone and aromatherapy massage. Massage encourages healing by promoting the flow of blood and lymph, relieving tension, stimulating nerves, and stretching and loosening muscles and connective tissue to keep them elastic. I am experienced in working with auto injuries as well as work related injuries and chronic pain issues.
Whether you are seeking treatment for an injury or simply needing a relaxation massage, I will tailor the massage to fit your needs and offer helpful exercises for you to do at home to aid in your recovery. I am a provider for most major medical plans as well as auto insurance and L&I.
